Esther's busy role sees her continuously (and skilfully) juggling OSA accounts and the Temp Desk payroll administration, through daily contact with clients and candidates, to ensure that all temps are paid on time.

Administration and organisation are clearly Esther's key talents, but outside of work her other passion is baking - a hobby that is well supported by the appreciative OSA team who are always on hand to taste her creations.

Needless to say, Esther's fantasy job would involve running her own bakery, selling beautifully crafted, amazing tasting goodies.

Alice Digard (MIRP Cert RP)

Temp Desk Manager

As the Temp Desk's Manager, Alice is responsible for heading up the team who have been successfully arranging temporary placements for clients and candidates since 2004.

One of OSA's longest serving members of staff, Alice knows the industry inside out and is well known by Guernsey clients.

While she loves her career in recruitment, she is intrigued by the sound of becoming a Marine Protected Species Observer.

Lucy Abbott (Assoc CIPD)

Trainee Consultant

With a background in Human Resources, Lucy is perfectly placed to understand an organisation's recruitment requirements having worked on the client side for four years.

Prior to joining OSA, a year of travelling the world sparked a passion for scuba diving for Lucy. If her out of office is on, the chances are she will be diving the balmy seas of the South Pacific.

If Lucy wasn't working on The Temp Desk at OSA, she would be found lassoing on a cattle ranch in the outback of Australia or Canada.
